Refund Policy

Customers may return any undamaged stock product within five days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel non-rush orders within three days of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, the order becomes non-cancellable. Rush orders are final and cannot be cancelled after placement.

Cancelation Fee

For canceled orders paid for by CREDIT CARD, there is a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers the costs and fees associated with processing two credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding.
